Tobias Rushing, Esq. is a corporate and transactional attorney who advises businesses on complex transactions, commercial agreements, financing matters, strategic partnerships, and day-to-day legal issues.

Tobias began his career practicing at a leading international law firm, where he represented private equity firms and public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt financings, capital markets, and fund formation. His practice now focuses on bringing that level of legal experience to growing businesses and entrepreneurs through practical, commercially focused counsel.

Tobias earned his J.D. from the USC Gould School of Law, along with a Business Law certificate.

Tobias is a member of the California bar association, Orange County bar association, Association of Corporate Counsels, USC Trojan Alumni network, and other Southern California pro-bono organizations.

In his free time, Tobias likes to spend time with his family, friends and dog.
